Yes, we do them by default! Do note that the weight of the products stated on the website is before descaled, degutted, degilled and cleaned.
If you intend to cook them on the day of purchase, you may leave them in the chiller. Otherwise, do keep them in the freezer.
We would highly recommend our customers to cook the seafood within 1-2 days of purchase when they are really fresh! However, the seafood can be kept up to 1 month in the freezer. Please also refrain from steaming the seafood after storing for 1 week.

We accept payments via Paypal, Bank Transfer, and PayNow. We do not accept cash payments
Please drop a call to 62642233 to get in contact with our staff who will provide further instructions. If you wish to add on an item, you must do so 24 hours before the stipulated delivery date.
All sales are final. To save trouble, please check all items upon receiving. If products delivered are damaged or incorrect, our delivery guys will take necessary actions on site. If not, please contact us within 24 hours at 6264 2233 (Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5pm, Saturday 8.30am to 3pm) or email local@panseas.com. We will make necessary arrangements depending on the situation. Please note that for any items to be returned to us for exchange or refund, the goods that we take back must be in their original condition for successful exchange or refund.

Delivery & Charges
With every home delivery, a complimentary styrofoam box is provided to ensure that the frozen products are kept in its frozen condition. Ice packs are given as well to ensure the freshness of Fresh products.
Our delivery is FREE for orders above $80! Otherwise, we charge a standard fee of $8 for orders below $80.
No there is no minimum purchase amount for delivery. However, you do receive FREE delivery when you spend above $80!
This depends on the day and time of your order. Firstly, we do not do deliveries on Sunday and Monday. Secondly, if you place an order and make payment before 2pm, the goods can be delivered the next working day! (i.e. If you placed an order on Monday 10am, it can be delivered on the following day, Tuesday. If you placed an order on Monday 3pm, your order will be delivered earliest on Wednesday.
We have 2 time slots for delivery! 9am to 2pm and 2pm to 6pm. If you have a preferred delivery slot, let us know in the notes section when you checkout or you can also inform us by contacting us and we will try our best to meet your request if possible.
We strongly recommend that someone is available at the delivery location to receive the order. In the event that no one is around, our drivers will leave the order at your doorstep after contacting you to notify. Do take note that your order will be delivered in a foam box which can last up to 8 hours. If you do not want us to leave it at your doorstep, we will bring it back and redeliver on another day for an additional fee of $15.
